Welcome to iGuess, a mobile app owned and operated by KOIGON INTERACTIVE S.L., a company registered in Spain with address at Sinforiano López 54, 1B; 15005, La Coruña, Spain (CIF: B56885387). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iGuess mobile application ("App").

By using iGuess, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the Service

• iGuess offers a variety of games available throughout the day. To participate in a game, players choose one of the available options (which vary depending on the game) and watch an advertisement.
• Each game runs for a defined period. Once it ends, results are determined and any prizes are awarded according to the rules of that game. Depending on the game, winners may be determined by the outcome of the game or selected at random from all valid participations.
• Prizes are funded by advertising revenue generated within the app and may be split into multiple prizes per game.

2. Access & User Accounts

• When you launch iGuess for the first time, a randomized anonymous player ID is automatically assigned to you.
• Your player account is stored locally on your device and cannot be accessed from another device.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and not deleting the app if you want to retain access to your account.
• Players who engage in misuse, exploitation, fraud, or any other behavior that violates these Terms may be banned or suspended at our sole discretion.

3. Games & Rewards

• To participate in a game, players must select one of the available options and watch an advertisement to confirm their entry.
• Participation is completely free, and several games are available throughout the day.
• There are no additional eligibility requirements to win a prize beyond having submitted at least one valid participation during the game period.
• Winners are determined according to each game's rules and notified in-app and via push notifications (if enabled).
• Current rewards consist of real money prizes paid via PayPal in USD.
• Players must claim their prize within the app and submit a valid PayPal email address to receive payment.
• Prizes become available for claim in the app from the day after the game ends.
• Your in-app balance does not expire. Once a prize is credited to your account, it remains available until you claim it.
• Apple is not a sponsor, affiliated with or involved in any way with our giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, prizes or anything else in the app.
• Google is not a sponsor, affiliated with or involved in any way with our giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, prizes or anything else in the app.

4. Prize Payouts

All prizes are paid via PayPal in USD. To receive a prize, winners must claim it within the app and provide a valid PayPal email address.

We are not responsible for delays, fees or failures in payment due to:

• Incorrect or invalid PayPal details provided by the player.
• Technical or service issues on the part of PayPal.
• Legal, regulatory, or anti-fraud requirements.
• Payment fees charged by PayPal.

Payouts are usually processed within 7 business days, but may take longer during peak periods or due to verification checks.

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any prize payout if:

• The user has violated these Terms.
• There is suspected or confirmed fraud, cheating, exploitation, or manipulation of the app or giveaway.
• The user fails to complete necessary steps to claim the prize (e.g., providing a valid PayPal email or not having claimed the prize from the app).

Prizes become available for claim from the day after the game ends. Your in-app balance does not expire and remains available until you claim it, as described in section 3.

5. Advertising & Monetization

• iGuess includes in-app advertisements, including video ads.
• Watching an advertisement is part of confirming your participation in a game.
• Ad revenue helps fund the prizes awarded across the games.

6. In-App Purchases & Payments

• There are no in-app purchases or real-money transactions in iGuess.
• Participation and rewards are entirely free for users.

7. User Conduct

By using iGuess, you agree to:

• Not cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate the system.
• Not engage in offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Not use the app in a way that compromises its fairness, stability, or functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

9. Limitation of Liability

iGuess is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, availability, or performance of the app or the accuracy of giveaway results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOIGON INTERACTIVE S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Updates will be effective immediately upon publication in the app, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised.
• You are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
